Sometimes you are motivated to start running, but somehow you do not get started. Looks like something is holding you back or you think you have a good reason not to run. Most of the time you make excuses and do not take your first step to run.

Bad at running

You think you are very bad at running. You cannot run. And this is not for you. Well, if you think you are bad at running and never practice running, how can you be good at running? This is just your thought that you can remove from your head. You can walk, can't you? You can run. All you have to do is to take the first step to run.

Too hot or cold

Weather is not the same all the time. It is very hot in summer and it is very cold in winter. That does not mean you can not run. The weather cannot stand on your way. You can always find a way to run. If it is so cold outside, you can run on the treadmill. You can also go out for a run on snow and ice in winter. I wrote a post about it. Don't have time

It is one of the excuses when you say you do not have time. If you really want to run, you will make time for it. It is not having time, it is all about making time for something you love. You have 24 hours a day. We all have the same time. So you have to decide when you run. And then just do it.

Too tired

You do not have the energy to run. And you think you are too tired. If you are really tired, find out the reason. Eat healthy and sleep well at night. You will have the energy to start running. You can start running in the morning. After getting up early in the morning, you have the energy and time to run.

Lack of motivation

If you are not motivated to run, maybe you are not fully aware of the health benefits of running. If you know why running is so important to stay healthy and fit, you will start running. Running is boring

If you think something is boring, you may not try to do that. Do you think running is boring? The thing is, if you do not try something, you will never know how it feels doing that. Just start running and then see how it feels. To run, you do not need to go to the gym or buy workout equipment. You can get started easily. So now there is no excuse.
