[VIDEO] Planning the next long run! The "Emperor's Day Shinanogawa Long Run" (EDSLR) :)
Hey, everyone. What's good? I've been working a lot recently, so haven't been as active here as I'd like to be. All the same, here I am. Pretty pumped that my next long run day is already coming up. My last long run was in November. I named that one the "Akiha Mini-Marathon." This time, I'll be running along the Shinano River--the longest river in Japan--from my small suburb, into the heart of Niigata City. Increasing the distance this time to about 17 - 20 miles and thinking about doing the run on Emperor's Day, an upcoming holiday! Banzai!!! Come along with me and scout the path! -GS
