Spam Farmer

I really started digging into this a little deeper after I saw the block explorer and all the 5 SCR transactions to pennijhomes. To me it seemed like they got the initial 5 SCR from opening accounts and powered it down over the past year and then transferred all these to sell out of it. A similar thing happened with STEEM early on even though they had SMS verification pretty early to mitigate that. Some spam farmers had a system of having infinite phone numbers.

With Scorum it is just email verification but then it seems like they implemented a system to where you can't power down the 5 SCR.

Test Account

I made a test account to see if I could get the 5 and then power it down.

Error

It throws and error when you try to power down the 5 SCR.

Does anyone know if this was something that was changed later in the interface to prevent people from farming the 5 SCR sign up balance or are these guys powering it down through a CLI wallet?

I'm just really trying to look at every aspect of this system to really understand economically where the price would bottom out.

"registration_supply": "2100000.000000000 SCR"

That can support 420,000 New Users and it looks like 35,037 users have signed up according to the block explorer. So 175,185 SCR has been given out so far according to my calculations.

Just trying to figure out where the price could bottom. What do you guys think?
