I like to keep my eye on Scorum prices to see how it's trading and to gauge how the coin is doing overall. Since I've joined Scorum I've noticed one very concerning trend, no trade volume. In the past 24 hours only $59 worth of Scorum has been traded. To put that it perspective, that's about 280 SCR out of a circulating supply of 29,265,075 or 0.00096% to the total volume. For comparison Bitcoin has traded 3.5% of it's total supply in the same timespan.

For most of us on Scorum, this isn't much of a concern. We are here to write our blogs and share our views and opinions on sports. However, I think this should be something that's in the back of your mind because it means that no one is investing in Scorum and that will hurt the growth of everything you've earned on the platform. The last big spike of trading activity was almost a month ago when we saw the price surge to around $0.50, since then the price of Scorum has been on a slow decline and today is resting at $0.21. That's roughly 60% of the value of your coins over the course of 30 days.

Without new investors, it's going to be hard to keep the platform growing. I'm not out in the world promoting Scorum like many of you are and I keep most of my cryptocurrency activities in my sphere of crypto friends but I may need to change this behavior if I want my investment here to keep growing.

When I first joined, I invested some money to help jump start my blog. I wanted to have some power behind my votes and I wanted it to feel rewarding when I gave someone a vote. I think my full vote is around $3 right now but I often forget how deceptive that value is since it's not actually $3 but instead 3SCR, meaning my vote is really only worth $0.60. Now I'm fully optimistic that Scorum will at least hit the $1 mark during my time here and I'm happy to keep plugging away on this blog but I really want Scorum to keep growing during that time. I'm invested here, time and money, and I think it's time for me to step up a bit and show Scorum to the world.
