We've received a few questions about the layout and text editor on Scorum, so here's a quick walk-through of features that writers can use to create their best work!

Let's start with the top menu bar

What's going on in the top-right corner?

The icons show (from left->right) your SCR balance, then SP balance, then your Voting Power. If you don't know what they are or what they do, please click the 'About' link in the dropdown menu and scroll through the FAQ.

What should I do next?

Have a look around, read up on what people are posting in your favorite categories. Or, if you're more of a dive-in-the-deep end kind of person...

Post something! By clicking the green 'Write new post' link in the drop-down menu, you'll be welcome to the sleek Scorum editorial suite.

The Scorum team has made it simple to add in images, videos, or embed links via the + button with every new line. Just hit enter and click +!

At the bottom of each post you'll see the upvote bolt that lets you vote for an article along with the payout info and the amount of comments. For users with over 1000 SP, you can moderate your upvote amount by pressing and holding on the bolt and using the sliding scale to select your upvote percentage. You can sort comments by popularity (trending) or by the most recent.

Don't forget to personalize your profile and spend some time finding other writers with great style to follow and support! Enjoy it and we'll keep posting updates as more and more features get added to the Scorum Blog.
