Promoting quality is one of the strengths that I have imposed to myself since I became part of this community. After a month here I was invited by some users, whom I had previously met on Steemit, to become part of Scorum-Italia witness, a project with which we are trying to make the .it domain grow and users who are part of it, organized lotteries and contests, as well as creating a YouTube channel and related profiles on the most popular social networks, with the goal of making known & grow Scorum as much as possible.
Actually, I've always had a quality idea in my mind, in my own small way and in my possibilities I've always tried to create articles with a minimum of commitment, trying to increase my level during time, I must admit that at the beginning on Steemit, I had absolutely missed the original purpose of the platform and I made my mistakes, but over time I tried to give the best of myself.
Among all the beautiful and intelligent initiatives that can be found on Scorum, one of those that struck my attention most is that of @sport-frei, who has been dedicating for a couple of months to a weekly curation, in which he asks to the community in the weekend to choose a user with certain standards and during the following week, once the winner is decreed, he vote his posts with percentage based on different factors.
He's supporting users who have small SP and rewards, a very honorable choice in my opinion. First of all because when I entered in the platform I received low rewards, although I was lucky to have "on my back" my Italian fellows, who have always supported me.
For a few months I wandered on Steemit in search of deserving posts based on my personal taste, I was lucky that I understood English language, because at the beginning I didn't found contents in my native language, the fault was of course mine that not I had learned to use the platform as it should be, slowly I made friends and things changed drastically both at the level of interaction and at the level of rewards. So I think I know pretty well what it means to find lost in an immense ocean, where many know and helping each other, but you are alone and you have to grow up your reputation.
It is useless to deny it, to have friendships is surely a big advantage, how many times have you seen posts of low quality rewarded with big rewards? Unfortunately is like that, on the other hand if your brother posted low quality articles you would not vote him!?
One thing really really cool here on Scorum is that there are no Bots that help you grow the profile or even stalker you for nonsense, as happens in other platforms.
So I decided to follow the good @sport-frei in his smart and wonderful initiative! What I consider one of the best since I'm on the platform. Each week I will adapt to his choices and methods of voting by relying on his experience tested during all this time.

Promuovere la qualità è uno dei punti di forza che mi sono imposto da quando sono entrato a far parte di questa comunità. Dopo un mese di permanenza sono stato invitato da alcuni utenti, dei quali avevo fatto la conoscenza precedentemente grazie a Steemit, ad entrare a far parte di Scorum-Italia witness, progetto con il quale stiamo cercando di fare crescere in primis il dominio .it e gli utenti che ne fanno parte, organizzato lotterie e contest, oltre ad aver creato un canale YouTube e correlati profili sui social network più conosciuti, con l'intento di far conoscere conoscere e crescere Scorum nel maggior modo possibile.
A dire il vero, pallino della qualità l'ho sempre avuto, nel mio piccolo e nelle mie possibilità ho sempre cercato di creare articoli con un minimo di impegno, cercando di aumentare il mio livello con il passare del tempo, devo ammettere che agli esordi su Steemit, non avevo assolutamente colto lo scopo originale della piattaforma e ho fatto i mie sbagli, ma con il tempo ho cercato di dare sempre di più del mio meglio.
Tra tutte le bellissime ed intelligenti iniziative che si possono trovare su Scorum, una di quelle che mi ha colpito maggiormente è quella di @sport-frei, il quale si sta dedicando da un paio di mesi ad una curation settimanale, nella quale chiede nei fine settimana alla comunità di scegliere un utente con determinati standard e durante la settimana successiva, una volta decretato il vincitore, vota i post di quest'ultimo con percentuale basata seguendo differenti fattori.
Sostenere gli utenti che hanno poco SP e ricevono poche rewards, una scelta molto onorevole dal mio punto di vista. Prima di tutto perché io stesso appena entrato sulla piattaforma ricevevo ricompense basse, anche se ho avuto la fortuna di avere alle spalle degli utenti già affermati, i quali mi hanno sempre sostenuto. Per qualche mese ho vagato su Steemit in cerca di post meritevoli che riguardassero argomenti adatti a me, mi andava di lusso che con la lingua inglese me la cavavo, perché contenuti nella mia lingua nativa non ne avevo trovati, la colpa era ovviamente mia che non avevo imparato ad usare la piattaforma come si deve, pian piano mi feci degli amici e le cose cambiarono drasticamente sia a livello di interazione che a livello di ricompense. Quindi credo di sapere abbastanza bene cosa significhi ritrovarsi sperduti in un oceano immenso, dove molti si conoscono e si aiutano, ma tu sei solo.
È inutile negarlo, avere amicizie è sicuramente vantaggioso, quante volte avrete visto post di bassa qualità ricompensati in maniera sproporzionata? Purtroppo è così, d'altronde se vostro fratello postasse articoli di bassa qualità non lo votereste ugualmente!? Una cosa più che ottima qui su Scorum è che non esistono i Bot che ti aiutano nel far crescere il profilo o ti redarguiscono anche per stupidaggini, come succede in altre piattaforme.
Ho deciso dunque di seguire il buon @sport-frei nella sua intelligente e bellissima iniziativa! Quella che considero una delle migliori da quando sono sulla piattaforma. Ogni settimana mi adeguerò alle sue scelte e modalità di voto affidandomi alla sua esperienza collaudata durante tutti questo tempo.
