It's never easy getting used to a new platform with different styles and different people, but Scorum isn't the same, I feel like I've been using it for months. 

My name is Ed Mackey and as you'll see from my profile, I'm a big Leicester City supporter and have been since the day I was born. I was there for the club's greatest ever achievement of winning the Premier League but I was also there when the Foxes were condemned to League 1 football in May 2008.

I'm a very social person but am more than happy in my own company at times. I love to travel and stay active, mostly through playing sports and have participated in a number of sports at a relatively high level, most notably football where I have played as a centre-back for most of my career.

My true passion is writing and creating content and I have vast experience of sports writing for a number of websites and clients. I've worked for a few years as a freelancer which has enhanced my ability to meet demands and deadlines as well as increasing my chance of earning jobs from well-respected clients.

As I have only just joined Scorum, I am yet to write anything other than this introduction post. However, I will be writing mainly about the Premier League along with news and opinions from the other English and European leagues.
