The scorum platform is still in its infant stages, and the team behind its birth is meticulously working round the clock to see to its survival, sustain its relevance in the sports world, give users an awesome experience and also avail active users the opportunity to earn some bucks for creating original and qualitative contents on the platform. It's all value driven, whether as an investor or an author, you're good to go!

However, for the platform to attain its desired heights, all hands need to be on deck to see to its success. The survival and future of the platform will to a greater extent be influenced by our posture on it at this beginning stage.

Let's see ourselves as the CEO(s) of scorum, maybe approaching the platform with such consciousness will always give us an extra nudge to see to the expansion of the platform across the world.

The Need For New Users:

In every organization, business empire or even the society itself, for the future to exist, new members must however be introduced to the system. Only the scorum team can't be the users of the platform, hence the need for new users to sign up and sustain the lifespan of the platform. This is because, with new users comes new ideas that will help us all.

It will create more value for the platform and its audience will increase immensely. As a blogger, you wanna see the number of your audience increase, it makes you a bit happier when a new name comments and interacts on your posts right? Now, that's what we are talking about.

Now these new users come in with novel ideas that even the old users will be interested in, these and so many other reasons are why we should promote the platform.

DO WE HAVE A ROLE A PLAY?

Sure, we do. Now, the ball is in our court to take the beauty and existence of this interesting platform to the various sports enthusiasts around us. Millions of people outside there will be very happy to be notified about scorum.

Let's take advantage of our various social media outlets and advertise this online sports edifice, the world seems to be held together by sports, so who wouldn't wanna be part ofsuch promising platform. Posting some of your scorum blog links on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and also tagging your friends is a huge way to advertise the platform and create the necessary awareness.

Engaging on some sports activities with your scorum branded jerseys, or attending a social gathering with Scorum branded on your sparkling polo, hahaha... That's gonna be awesomely crazy and cool, isn't it? It's sure gonna go a long way.

DO WE JUST STOP AT PROMOTING AND INVITING NEW USERS?

It doesn't just stop at inviting new users and promoting the platform to the public, it's also incumbent on us to put them through until the understand how to navigate on the platform with ruffling few feathers.

On that note, there are some information you needn't hoard from them, so they don't sign up and get surprised by the whales for acting unacceptably. It will also help new users not to have an erroneous mindset or perception about how the platform works.

Tell Them It's Not A Ponzi Scheme or Get Rich Quick Platform:

Some newbies that have probably not have experience either from Steemit or other blogging platform, sign up and starts expecting alerts from their banks. And when it doesn't turn out that way, they start to seethe and look for who to blame.

However, from my research and what I've been able to gather, 75% of new sign ups are not being briefed by those who invited them, nor do they read up about the platform earning system on net.

So we need to keep them on that consciousness that the platform rewards hardworking bloggers, and they need to create value too. It will help them a lot.

Tell Them It's About Engagement and Interaction:

When I signed up on scorum, I didn't need anyone to remind me that making a post was not the first thing to do, I had learnt all my lessons on Steemit, so I had to wait after one week of making new friends, getting use to the platform and also interacting with posts.

Now, what if I never knew this? That's the possible situation of some new users who where never on Steemit or other blogging platforms.

We need to tell them that human relationship matters on the platform too, as that's the key to their stamina on the platform, just like it is in the normal society at large. People need to know that they are here to make impact and stay, and not just to come and make money.

Tell Them The Need To Create Original and Qualitative Contents, As Plagiarism Is A Sacrilege Here:

Some new users due to lack of being informed, thinks that writing something that looks like a Facebook, twitter or even WhatsApp status updates is enough to get them their dough. And that's damn hilarious. I see some posts by some of our newbies, and am surprised. Sometimes, I just comment and the them to improve if they really wanna survive here.

Also on the other part is copying and pasting. I had a friend whom I told about the platform, he asked me if he could copy and paste, I blatantly told him not to bother because he will be flagged, and that's how h didn't sign up, because he had no interest in the kind of articles that are allowed here.

So we need to put them on the know about all these, so when they arrive, they don't drag the name of their scorum community or even country to the mud. And trust me, it will make the platform more enjoyable.

Tell Them It's Either Sports Related Articles Nor Nothing:

So earlier today, I stormed on a fictional prose by one of the users on scorum, and I was a bit wondering if she knew the platform that she was posting on. A fictional tale that has nothing about sports? Hmmm...

It may interest you to know that not all writers can survive here because of how restrictive the platform is as regards it's articles, that's a clear indication that all are not meant to be here.

Refer them to Steemit and others that accepts from heaven and hell, that will save the platform cleaners the stress of flagging the posts.

I believe if all our new users are intimated on how the scorum ecosystem works, we must have done a greater work than we could imagine. Let's join hands and grow the platform.
