If we want to attract potential businesses on Scorum I think at least 2 features are missing. The first one being SP delegation to other users and the second one is the post' delegates.

Account Delegation

This is a great way to share the money pool between individuals. Think of it as buying shares into a Scorum project. Let's say someone here starts something like a sports store selling merchandise using only SCR. You trust and believe in that project and want help in its success.

The way I see it is you would delegate some of your SP to that said store account to make its vote worth more. Then let's say if users buy one of their shirts and post themselves with it (advertisement), then that store would upvote them, giving an incentive to buy again. It could become a category of its own! (e.g. That Scorum Store).

Another use case for delegation would be to better distribute voting power. This is mostly useful to whales having way too much power and not knowing what to do with it. You pick the best people from the platform and delegate a bit to each of them. That way you delegate your voting responsibility on them and they feel more engaged. Delegation is only a temporary share of your SP. You can cancel it at any time and it goes right back to you. This is an important concept because you are still in control of your delegated SP.

Post Delegatees

This is an awesome feature for Scorum enterprises too. A post reward can be split between many users. So let's say someone here works with another person to create the most wonderful Scorum wallet in the world. Then they make a post about it. How would they share that post's revenue? They'd need to trust each other enough so that one of them sends half of the SCR gained to the other one. But then again it takes many weeks before SP is converted to SCR.

I don't think this is the best way to do it. Decentralized means integrated trust system. Now imagine if 5 persons worked on that project. It doesn't scale well. With post delegates, you just set your post to have those 5 users receive the reward and everything is automagically distributed.

I'm not imagining those concepts

If you come from Steem, those concepts are already there. But I think they are fundamental for this platform to succeed. Since we use pretty much the same backbone as Steem, I think this should be a piece of cake to implement, but until then Scorum will be limited to single individual projects.
