hey hey before you kill me I do not mean scorum.com or my discord community haha, I feel very happy with the users who publish on my discord channel and theres a lot of  new users that  come in, and we are almost 130!

It's been a long time since I spoke about something on the platform, but as always these days I've been on some tests and I have not had time to create content. I have been seeing how in our English speaking community we are applying the values of helping all users very well, at least I have seen quite users supporting the introduction posts of our new colleagues, generous votes and a lot of activity in the comments.

Although on the other hand, I have also been seeing a big problem in our parallel platform(scorum.es), my main language is Spanish so if you ask me why I came to the English community it was a tactical and experimental decision, I did not think that I would receive so much support and make new friends :)

The Spanish-speaking community is almost dead and unlike us who have been constantly creating quality standards, rules, advice and other initiatives that have allowed us to grow as a community, they are totally lost and behind.

I feel bad to see how your community develops, it is not at all attractive to see the "hot" and "trends" section full of posts of the same person, or publications of 3 days ago. The users are not active at all, technically they just enter to publish (the few that make their own content) and leave the platform to see that they do not receive a dollar in their publications, it is a very serious problem because it is a situation immensely similar to steemit, with the difference that in steemit the Spanish-speaking community is supported by large projects such as Cervantes, which is constantly helping a relatively small group of people, but helping this group of people is sufficient reason for these people start telling your friends about steemit. We need that kind of advertising and organic growth in the rest of our portals!

We have a lousy image towards people who are part of the Spanish-speaking community, less than 10 people earn more than $ 1 daily in their publications, the rest stays in cents. Certainly, there are publications that do not deserve anything, but the original content should be rewarded because it is the greatest incentive we can give our users in addition to a loving welcome to the platform.

I believe in the great potential that other communities have, however like a diamond in a cave, we will not be able to enjoy it if we do not find it first and that needs effort and support. I'm speculating, but maybe among all those users, there are innovators that contribute to our growth and also potential writers who can start their scorum career, but that's not happening.

I even see that there is not so much search for integration on the part of the team (I'm not saying they're doing anything wrong, it's just an observation, they're doing their job very well), for example, there is a cricket writer contest on scorum.in, There have already been contests for us but really nothing for the Spanish-speaking community.

Now what I propose in this post besides asking for help with ideas to correct this problem, is that individually we start to explore the other communities, usually the majority of Spanish speaking users can understand comments in English so there is no problem with that (given that in our countries English is a priority), in case they do not understand it, I'm sure they can use a translator to initiate conversations with us.

We could do a day of integration, maybe one day a week we can move an hour of the day to make comments, give votes and other things to try to naturally revive the creative spirit of scorum.es. If we can make that day of integration with other communities can happen, I offer to distribute my votes to comments in publications that are made in scorum.es equitably.

But I do not say that we are going to publish to that domain, only to comment and try to create more human interactions between the users; Although it is not really our responsibility, I feel that we do have to do our bit in every way so that the name of scorum reaches all corners of the world. Scorum can be the salvation of whole families of countries that have economic, political and humanitarian crises(like venezuela). Scorum can be the opportunity that only comes once to people's lives, and I think we can make that opportunity for many more people. We are growing fast enough the month we were barely less than 10,000 users and today we are going to reach 19,000 users, although I have seen a general decline in user activity at least on our platform, we have managed to keep that inactivity at bay!

Clearly it is better to act than to speak, from today I will start to be more active on both platforms although it will take more time (which is very limited for me, this year)

i need to read opinions about this situation :)

Greetings and I wish you well, remember that you can count on me for whatever, although sometimes I am busy.
