I am part of a people that are big with being thankful,it is our way of life.
I once did something nice to someone and I was told"thank you"for about a full week!believe what I tell you.....I met the person the next day and she went"thank you for yesterday"I met her some other day and I was reminded for my previous good deeds again.
It does feel nice when one is appreciated.....it motivates him/her to do more,it reassures them that their good deeds does not go unnoticed.
They don't have to be like the proverbial agama lizard that has said"if he could fall or jump from this height to the floor and no one praises him,he will praise himself".....so he does so by nodding his head.....in other words, saying"I tried,or,I am trying".
These guys this post is dedicated to do not need to appreciate themselves all by themself or alone, they have me.
Allow me to appreciate you outloud.....you deserve the shout out.
1.Tosyne2much:this young man has a hand in a lot of nigerians,Africans joining this platform, from afar he could appear to one as a workaholic, because he is active on many fronts.
He has been part of those organizing workshops and spreading the scorum word to people.
In the early hours of today(Nigerian time)he made a post of taking the scorum campaign to Africa's biggest forum(nairaland)
We are grateful for that, that act will definitely lure some sports enthusiasts to this platform.....a similar act like that from him brought me here!
Let me explain.
On that same platform,he had gone to talk about a platform,I jumped ship with him,and from there he linked me here.
We live in different states so I won't tell you I know him on a personal level,in terms of his likes and dislikes.
But I have seen, noticed that he doesn't hoard information or knowledge that could improve someone's life and this is enough for me.
Well done tosyne.
2.Zoneboy: zoneboy and tosyne co- founded the scorum Nigeria platform, with it's presence on discord and watsapp respectively.
This platform is a safety net for nigerians on the scorum forum who could run into difficulties in finding their way around.
It serves as a haven as they can come and present their concerns, with scorumians around to help provide solutions or to a great extent allay their concerns.
Zoneboy does not post too regularly, but he seriously works behind the scenes for a better scorum Nigeria front and scorum at large.
Someone in the scorumnigeria watsapp group jokingly said of him once as"the spiritual leader"of scorumnigeria.
It is actually fitting as he has got the back of every Nigerian in the scorum community, like Liverpool, with zoneboy, you will never walk alone.
3.Igze:I met him on the platform,we haven't had much chat outside scorum aside brief chats on the scorum Africa telegram group, but he is indeed a fine man.
Initially I never knew he is a Nigerian, not until someone whispered it.
He is not on scorumnigeria watsapp group so we don't get to joke around, but the man has been a pillar and we are grateful to him.
He,I believe have the highest amount of sp as a Nigerian on the platform and he doesn't fail to use it in encouraging those of the community and scorum at large.
I appreciate him for the quality posts he makes, the time and sometimes research put into it and the delivery style.
You sire, are a gem and we are holding on to you.
4.Idunique:this young man makes me proud with his posts.
I could tell you that he is up there with scorums finest writers, together with igze, but that could be up for a debate that I don't intend to go into,in any case, whatever I say should be looked at subjectively.
The point is,I enjoy his posts,it is the consistency at which he serves them to us that does it for me.
Some persons makes more than a post in a week and you will notice that some have dropped in quality.....that does not describe this guy,his posts are usually on point, fine analysis.
He is an inspiration to some of us,one feels like doing more....that's me.
5.jotmax:this guy right here is also a great addition to the scorumnigeria wing,he also does not make posts frequently but like zoneboy he works tirelessly to ensure people on the platform, not just scorumnigeria enjoy their ride here,or navigate the scorum waters that could appear turbulent at times.
He has been involved in contests that rewards participants with scr especially in the African community, those contests serves as springboards or motivation to encourage those with low sp to keep writing and earning.
He made two videos to help people wanting to buy scorum coins from openledger as at the time when some had problems with buying it and sending it to their scorum accounts.
Not long ago he made a video to explain how some of scorum features, like emboldening of texts could be done and generally using one's phone to create attractive posts on scorum.
Now he is in bed with @kofpato of Ghana and support from @fnemoto to bring us the first scorum soccer tournament in Africa(actually I think it's the world,I am not sure anyone has done this)we can not wait!
This list could go on,but these names took a front sit on my mental files without me giving it much thought.
All of the aforementioned names signed up on scorum before me,and they all in their own way have helped me settled in,and showed me the responsibilities that accompanies early adopters of platforms such as these.
They are persons worth following on the platform without a doubt.
Thank you guys!
And thank you for reading this.
