The big city. The big goal.

Today I increased my distance and ran 5 miles straight for the first time in a long while. I can feel my endurance increasing again. Not bad for a guy who just slammed 6 whisky highballs and smoked a couple stress cigarettes the other day. Running makes me feel so much better, but alas, life gets rough, and sometimes we don't always make the most healthy choices. Over the long haul, though, I am trying to change that. No. Scratch that. I *am* in the process, *now* of living that reality. Of making that change.

So yeah. 5 miles. Feeling good. And a bit of a new game plan as regards my crypto blogging endeavors here on the world wide web of info. Up until this point I have been blogging at what some much call a prolific rate over on Steemit.com. As I explain in the video, I simply cannot keep up this pace and deliver the quality I would like to while also paying the bills. Reality. In the video I go into some reasons why I think SCORUM has some points of promise over Steemit, and also keep things real by detailing what I view as potential pitfalls for this platform.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video!

Keep running. It's not the time, or the rank, but the distance you cover and what you can explore and discover about your self, and this life.

PEACE!
