1. Can you provide a more detailed timeline for the upcoming phases, including milestones for the Mainnet launch and estimated % progress of where we stand for each step.
If all goes well, we are targeting a Mainnet launch in January 2024. The release of the web3 Aviatrix is scheduled for Q1 2024.
It is important to note that our UK RNG certification requires compliance with certain regulations to ensure a safe and certified development process. According to this certificate, we must provide them with our development both in Aviatrix and for our blockchain for verification (since we have part of the blockchain in Aviatrix).
The interconnection of our web2 components with the blockchain adds an additional layer of complexity. As we progress through the deployment stages, we must exercise caution to avoid any disruptions to our live partners where Aviatrix available 24/7. The seamless functioning of our existing web2 infrastructure is of utmost importance, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition without compromising the ongoing processes.
Regarding the progress update on the deployment and development stages:
Completed at 100%:

- NFT Migration,
- Internal Testing.
Completed at 100%:
- Blockchain Deployment on Staging Environment,
- NFT Migration,
- Internal Testing.
Completed at 100%:
- Scorum Bridge Development.
Progress stands at 40%:
- Scorum Bridge Deployment,
- Internal Devnet Testing.
Progress stands at 5%:
- Blockchain Deployment on Pre-production Environment,
- NFT Migration.
Awaiting deployment on pre-production for progression:
- Blockchain Deployment on Production Environment (Mainnet),
- Validators Setup,
- Wallets Integration,
- Initial Emission,
- NFT Migration.
Awaiting deployment and internal devnet testing:
- Scorum Bridge Deployment on Production Environment (Mainnet).
Throughout this process, the team remains vigilant and proactive, prioritizing stability and functionality at every stage of deployment and integration.
2. How exactly is the team ensuring the security and integrity of the SCR exchange process during the transition between the old and new blockchains?
3. Could you elaborate on the comprehensive checks being performed on validator performance for the bridge, and what measures are in place to prevent potential issues?
A separate post focusing on the bridge will provide information of the comprehensive checks performed on validator performance and security measures of the SCR exchange process during the transition.
4. With the SCR exchange process involving burning tokens on the old blockchain, what strategies are in place to address any concerns from community members regarding the potential loss of assets?
To alleviate potential loss concerns, we will be able to maintain backward compatibility for an extended period of (approximately 2 years).
Additionally, we are working to automate the process of exchanging the SCR from the old blockchain to the new one (the wallet address will be automatically displayed in the process so it will reduce manual work from the holders).
The burning mechanism on the old blockchain ensures that tokens already transferred to the new blockchain will not be subject to future use.
5. Regarding the fixed token emission, what factors influenced the decision to settle on 30 million, and how does the team plan to maintain the stability of the SCR token with this fixed supply?
The decision to settle on 30 million is to round up the figure, with the difference allocated to a fund for boosting activity.
The fixed supply is one of the mechanisms chosen to maintain stability, and we plan to use various strategies, including community management and strategic partnerships, to uphold the value of the SCR token.
6. Can you provide more details on the integration process with wallets, particularly the Leap wallet and Keplr, and how this will enhance accessibility for the community?
Both wallets are well-known within the Cosmos network and boast a strong community following. By integrating with these wallets, users gain the capability to securely store, transfer, and trade SCR directly from their chosen interface. The added advantage lies in the high level of security and confidentiality these wallets offer, as they do not store the keys of their users, ensuring the utmost protection of their assets.
7. Regarding the Osmosis listing, could you share more information on the criteria for selecting trading pairs, starting with SCR-ATOM?
The decision to start with SCR-ATOM as the initial trading pair on Osmosis is strategic and aligns with the popularity of ATOM within the Cosmos system. We are actively in communication with Osmosis to determine the optimal approach for introducing additional trading pairs.
8. What does the fixed issuance of 30 million tokens mean? Do you want to reissue tokens?
We need to reissuance 30 million SCR on the new Cosmos blockchain. It's crucial to clarify that the new issuance of SCR on the Cosmos blockchain does not imply an increase in the overall token supply; rather, it replaces the existing SCR tokens on the old blockchain.
So the total supply will be 30 million SCR only.
9. "Community" Can you explain what exactly you mean by community as it applies to Scorum Mainnet launch? 🙂
This includes token holders, potential investors, interested people and those who are connected through various communication channels, such as Telegram groups and Discord channels. To enhance community engagement, two new landing pages will be created for Aviatrix web3 and SCR on Cosmos. Further details about additional social media platforms and specific community activities will be provided in subsequent updates.
10. And please can you make a little clarification about what you mean by "go-to marketing strategy"?
Go-to marketing strategy is a comprehensive plan that companies use to introduce a new product or service to the market.
In our case, this includes the plan to bring Aviatrix to web3. In this strategy we define:
- Target audience and ICP (ideal customer profile),
- Unique value proposition (UVP),
- Launch structure,
- Communication & channels,
- Collaborations & partnerships,
- Team structure,
- Attracting the Cosmos Community.
