It took me 49 days to complete 100 followers mark on Scorum. I registered on 9th July and I completed 100 followers mark on 28th August. I would like to thank all my friends and followers who motivated me to write good posts and appreciated my work. I am super excited not because I have more than 100 followers but 100 genuine followers who like my work, my thoughts, my language, my mindset, my madness and everything and I can say this because I never asked anyone to follow or vote but I made sure that whatever I write it should make some sense, even when I had only one follower. I would like to share my happiness with you all and just hope you all will join me and also correct me where ever I am wrong.
So, Let's begin with my Mantra's:
EXPRESS YOUR EMOTIONS
Whenever I hear anything about sports I just get super excited. I just cannot control my emotions and then I express them on Scorum. That is the biggest Mantra which can lead you to success. Whenever I watch any match or read any news regarding sports I start thinking that It should have been like this or this player should not have been playing and I keep those thoughts in my mind and whenever I get time I start expressing it on Scorum. Sometimes I get frustrated when my team loses and I express my frustration here and other friends also join and comment and then we discuss. So, the expression of emotions is the biggest point for success on any blogging platform.
TAKE YOUR TIME
Whenever you want to write something take your time and then write and don't post it until and unless you are fully satisfied that yes this is what I wanted to share. Initially, I use to write an incomplete post and then regret later that I forgot to mention these points but now I take my time and when I feel that I have completed everything I can relate to that particular topic than only I publish. We should always keep in mind that our post and Scorum work as a newspaper for many people and hence we should provide the best possible content.
INTERACTION IS THE KEY
Scorum is all about interaction. We should be thankful that we got an opportunity to interact with people worldwide just by sharing and expressing our thoughts. We should try to interact as much as we can by commenting on others post and asking them whatever we feel like. We should always try to read as much as we can and try to understand what the writer wants to say and then accordingly put our comment. There is no means of asking peoples of friends to comment on your post because that will not work in long run instead make such an interesting post that people should be curious to read and once they are then they will try and follow all your posts. I feel this because I did this.
EACH VOTE IS IMPORTANT
Try and understand the value of your vote. Each and every vote is important and you should use your power wisely. With every vote and comment, you can get a new follower and vote so don't just keep on voting because you vote them every time. Do read all the post of your interest carefully and then decide whether the Writer has done good work or not. It doesn't matter how old he or she has been on Scorum or what power do they have the main motto should be interaction on interesting posts and when you do that you will get success for sure.
INTERESTING TITLE
It is again one of the major points especially when you are new on Scorum. Title of your post should be such that people should understand from the title itself that it will be an interesting post. Most of the readers decide from the title whether they will read that post or not. So should be smart enough to engage people by choosing a nice title for your post which should also brief your post.
HOW TO CHOOSE TOPIC
The most important point among all is what topic you should choose to write? Well if you are really a sportsperson or you love sports than choosing topic will never be a big deal for you. But most important thing is that what you should avoid writing in your post. I feel we should not write the score update post which says that this team defeated that team by so and so margin instead we should write what went wrong with the team who lost or what the winning team did write. Also, we should write about the approach that the players had during that particular event. We should write what do we feel about it and what should have been our approach going to that event. This is what people want's to read and share their opinion about.
These were few of my Mantra which I followed on Scorum and yes I did a decent job I feel. There are many other points as well but I feel I should leave them for my 200 follower mark... haha...
