The third week of Scorum Patronage is over and I want to introduce the writer who I accompanied and voted for during the last last round.
The beneficiary who the community chose for week three was @kristyyd, one of our great female writers who just joined Scorum last month but seemed to has already found her place on our wonderful platform.
What is Scorum Patronage?
Scorum Patronage is a project to support and motivate new and aspiring writers, and to help same to get some needed attention. You can read more about it in last week's nomination post:
@kristyyd is actually from New York but is hanging in India these days, where she is supporting one of our new witnesses, the one and only @rougebot. She is also very active in the I am Scorum Discord community and has already left her footprints all over the places.

Her articles often revolve around American football and the NFL, I think it is great to have not only male writers reporting about this American national sport. Her articles bring some needed glamour into our bustling Scorum platform.
Another interesting read was her article about fasting, were she tries to debunk some of the myth about this topic which circle trough the Internet.
I also recommend her “Advice for Scorum newbies”, where she talks about what we all need to consider when writing and posting here on Scorum. This guide is not only for newbies but also for everyone who has been active here for a little while.
It is great to see what warm welcome she has received here on Scorum already and how active she is in interacting with other writers. Having some backing and support, connecting with other writers and becoming a part of the community is essential for succeeding here. And @kristyyd seems to have understood what it takes right from the beginning.
Therefor I am very glad to have you here @kristyyd. I am also sure you are keeping up your great work and remain motivated and active.
And don't worry, even the third round of the Scorum Patronage is over, I will surely continue to visit your blog and keep supporting your work.

I will open the 5th round of Scorum Patronage on Thursday. We were quite a bit down with nominations last week but hopefully this time I will see some more people coming over and many names popping up right away.
Please don’t forget how important it is to motivate other writers to and check out there profile and articles. Even if there is no big upvote to gain, we should keep working on extending our own horizon and creating some new links. That is the big task I am working on too, how to bring everyone together into a real community.
