And the decision is made!

Here we go again, I have just closed the doors of another Scorum Patronage nomination round and as usually I want to start by saying "Thank you" to everyone who came over to suggest a Scorum user who could need some support.

As always, I will assist one writer for a whole week and visit his or her blog to read and upvote one post per day. Again I will use 50 to 100% of my voting power, according to length and quality of each article. However, I reserve myself the right to lower my vote if I feel a post is not making it up to the quality standards we would like to see here at Scorum.

For the very first time I didn't get any new post to read from the last winner @ivanov, despite writing him a comment and telling him about my planned assistance. However, those things might happened and want stop me from doing it again.

What is Scorum Patronage?

The plan behind Scorum Patronage is to support and upvoye writers to help them to get their posts noticed by the Scorum community. We all have experienced how tough blogging can be, therefor it is essential to stay motivated. That's why I will visit, read and comment all posts of the "choice of the community" for the next seven days. And after that week, I'm also going to write an article where I will introduce that certain writer, what hopefully helps to shed some more light on their work

Let's get back to the nominations. Every week I keep asking you the following question:

Which user here at Scorum deserves a little attention and should be supported by me for a week?

This week four people stopped by and we got three different nominations, what means one candidate was nominated twice and therefor we have a clear winner.

Therefor this week's winner will be: @ran.koree.

He got two nominations and as I said I will give a full upvote to the comment which nominated him FIRST. Thanks a lot @fraste! I really appreciate that you always take the time to come over.

So for this week, @ran.koree it is - Congratulation !

He has joined in December and seems to be a lot into drawing and painting what you can clearly see when having a look at his profile. Let's see what he will come up with the coming days.

I will start upvoting him from tomorrow and also leave him some comment telling him that he will be assisted by Scorum Patronage this week. Hopefully he will be able to find some new readers for his posts and gets some motivational initial boost to take off here at Scorum.

Some last words for today...

As I mentioned above I didn't get any article to read and to curate from our winner of last week's nomination round. I didn't expect that he would suddenly stop or take a break rom writing here at Scorum, especially after leaving him a message, that I was planning on upvoting his articles for a whole week.

For that reason I won't write a introduction post this week either, something I actually like doing very much since it often gives our beneficiaries some extra attention and I have been getting quite some positive feedback about that.

However, another week means I am supporting another writer, who hopefully will also get a lot of support from other members of our Scorum community. I also hope that only being nominated for a Scorum Patronage will encourage some writers to continue creating good blogs and keep us informed about their own world of sports.

I hope I can stick to my own set schedule of opening the next nomination round on Thursday. Recently I am often a day late since life is keeping my quite busy these days. Anyways, I hoping to see you all again in a couple of days, to drop me countless names of writers who should win the next round.

And as always, I am also open to critics, comments and suggestions. Just drop me a line or visit me in the Scorum Patronage channels which I am running on the "I am Scorum" Discord server. Stop by and and say "Hi" even if you just want to chat.

You can also find the latest announcements and the profiles of all the former beneficiaries. Feel free to join building a place were people share ideas about how to support other community member's grow and how to make the Scorum platform a huge success.

Catch all you guys soon...

Love and Respect !
