And the decision is made!
As announced I am closing this nomination round one day earlier as usual, since I won't be able to post anything tomorrow. And to begin with, let me say "Thank you" to everyone who came over to suggest a Scorum user who could need some support. And also to the people who upvoted the announcement post for more visibility.
This week too, I will assist one writer for a whole of seven days and visit his or her blog to read and upvote one post daily. I am planning on using 50 to 100% of my voting power, according to length and quality of each article. However, I reserve myself the right to lower my vote if I feel a post is not making it up to the quality standards we would like to see here at Scorum.
What is Scorum Patronage?
The plan behind Scorum Patronage is to support and upvoye writers to help them to get their posts noticed by the Scorum community. We all have experienced how tough blogging can be, therefor it is essential to stay motivated. That's why I will visit, read and comment all posts of the "choice of the community" for the next seven days. And after that week, I'm also going to write an article where I will introduce that certain writer, what hopefully helps to shed some more light on their work

Let's get back to the nominations. Every week I keep asking you the following question:
Which user here at Scorum deserves a little attention and should be supported by me for a week?
This week we had exactly two nominations for two different writers, so again I chose the person who has less Scorum Power in its wallet.

I am glad there are always a few people out each week who are thinking about some other Scorum members who could need a little push and assistance.
So for this week, @shaungerow it is - Congratulation !
He has joined Scorum last October and his profile says he is based in Canada. As it seems many of his posts are about Hockey, so I am getting myself into some quite different topics as I am used to read about.
I will start upvoting him from Monday and also leave him some comment telling him that he will be assisted by Scorum Patronage this coming week. Hopefully he will be able to find some new readers for his posts and feels encouraged to provide as with some more quality posts.
Some last words for today...
As written before I wont be online much for the next few days but I will make sure that this week's beneficiary will get a upvote for one post every day. Since I won't be able to always vote in time I might catch up later on and check out his articles on the following days.
I am planning to go back to my hometown for a couple of weeks but I am not intending to take a big break on Scorum, instead I hope I can call out for your nominations every given week. Let's see how that works out in the end.
