Scorum update - Who didn't piss their pants?

Finally after what seems like ages we got a new update about Scorum's development plans. Sure we all have been eager to know what the Scorum team is up to and whether they are actually still working on this platform or not.

Some users immediately started pissing their pants, so we got the proof again that insane cheering really causes people to miss nature's call.

Not sure if we really have any reason to jubilate yet, especially as promoting the Scorum platform is more or less left to its users. I only strained my ears when I read about the promised mobile version again, but according to that comment and to the updated roadmap it is not due until the end of the year. Unfortunately, making a user friendly mobile version is not on the top of Scorum's priority list.

But what I also read from this comment, is that the dev team somehow doesn't really take the whole project serious at all. Various users have mentioned before, that using a Dollar sign to show the post reward is at least misleading. Since the post reward is in SCR, which actually price is still bottom freaking low (0.15 Dollar for 1 SCR) it could really appear as a potential red flag and warning sign for any interested serious investor.

And than replying on some user's concern with a comment that the Dollar sign simply is a symbol of money, feels much like the devs are just taking the piss out of us.

The $ sign is simply a sign for money? Really? Here on a platform which is rewarding its users with a cryptocurrency?

Nobody who will read their first Scorum article will assume the Dollar sign is just another sign for money, but rather think it means what it actually stand for. Dollar!

At latest after figuring out that their post reward is actually worse not much more than nothing, every sane new user will ask himself what kind of charlatan he has fallen for. Luring people into a project with misleading inaccuracies is something I would rather connect to some planned spam or rip-off.

But hey, we are getting a sports book! Now all problems will be solved soon and things will really take off!

But don't forget, the promotion and marketing will be left to you!
