Giannis Antetokounmpo is the National League Player of the Year at the 2019 NBA awards ceremony held at Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, California. Giannis Antetokounmpo got Milwaukee to the top of the NBA league in the league this season while scoring an average of 27.7 points, 12.5 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.3 steals in the 72 games that he played.

He beat other contenders such as Paul George of Oklahoma City Thunder and James Harden of Houston Rockets to win the award.
