How to avoid writers blockage on scorum
Heard about writer's blockage, well, it has never happened to me before but I have a lot of writers complaining about this. I don't know how a writer will have nothing to write about. The only problem I have ever encountered as a writer is what topic to pick from the pool of topics available. Here is a short story of how I started writing? I happen to love sports and I love anything finance also. I went to school to study finance and I have a degree to show for my effort. Well, I enrolled for my master's in finance also, and it could not complete the program due to lack of funds. That was my lowest point in life. yeah, I had good grades, lol, check the result above I have been through a lot but I could look back and I say yeah, this had shaped me and how I look at life. During my master's period, I took a habit of writing research works, terms paper, and academic research in general. Started academic research as a side hustle to generate money for feeding and also to stay in school and I fell in love with it in the long run. The zeal to learn something new motivated me to write more educational papers for lesser prices than the usual writers will charge. I took on numerous topics in a different line of study and wrote on them, which developed my reading habit. I have written academic research papers in medicine, humanities, engineering, and pure science. What I have been able to gather in all this is that reading is key for all writers. I was able to write on topics from all these departments due to my reading habit and ability to gather resources needed to make a telling contribution. So when I was introduced to steemit hive, I believed it won't take my time To settle down but I was wrong. Joining the platform made it understand that writing is beyond what I know but what I should know. Academic research doesn't pay attention to catchy headings or usage of punctuation marks or grammar. Well, not to completely deviate from the topic at hand. How do I avoid writer's block on the Scorum platform? Writers are readers and to go far, you have to enjoy doing both. For me I was lucky, I love football and I love the financial aspect of things. Even the launching of leofinance.io I try my best to write on the financial aspect of things. So linking sports and finance was the easiest of things to do. I have linked finance to numerous writing of mine before now. That brings the first rule to avoiding writer's block and that is writing on issues you love. Make writing a habit. You might love something but not make it a habit. A habit is doing something daily. If you write daily, not writing a day might make you unwell. As for me, I write every day even though most do not get to the hive platform. Lastly, set a daily writing target. I post on the scorum community daily . This is about discipline. I know it's not easy but setting a goal target will prompt you to write daily. So that's all I could recommend because those are the tips that work for me. Well, others might exist but this works for me. Well to help writers with writer's block on the scorum platform/community. Information centers for scorum articles are: Goal.com happens to be the first for me. Football being the best sports I enjoy makes this site an easy choice. I read their news every day and the wide option provided to select news attribute to just a country makes it's enticing. Blitz sports channel is a tv channel that gives updates about sports 24/7. Their strong point is being able to talk about a variety of sports on daily basis. Twitter is simply the house of info and it's hard not to be knowledgeable just by following some accounts. Accounts such as sky sports, espn, goal.com, fpl are great info centers.
