Sepak Takraw, starting to to be played in Indonesia, is also called foot volleyball. It is one of the most popular sports in the Far East. What are the rules of the game?

1- There are 2 teams, each of them has 3 players.

2- The games are played according to the rules set by ITSAF with an official Sepak Takraw ball.

3- The team to start the match is determined by the toss.

4- The game starts when a team-mate throws the ball to the server.

5- Players can only touch the ball with their feet, heads, knees and chest.

6- Each team can touch a maximum of three times for the ball to return, without letting the ball touch the ground.

7- The first team to reach 15 points wins that set.

The width is 13.4 m and the length is 6.1m.

The service round is 30cm wide. The length of the net is 1.42 cm for males and 1.52 cm for females.
