The most extreme sports in the world
Hello everyone, this top 3 for me was based on the information I removed from this site (https://super.abril.com.br/ideias/quais-os-esportes-radicais-mais-perigosos/), I am not plagiarizing, I'm just removing information and building my own opinion. Thank you, rest of a good day! Top 1# Wing Walking Wingwalking is the act of walking or moving on the wings of a flying aeroplane. It started around 1920 at airshows. It actually began as a demonstration of planes’ balance and stability, moved to in-the-air mechanical adjustments and fixes and then to stunts. From 1975 to 2010, just two wing walkers were killed in the U.S., one in 1975 and another in 1993, said John Cudahy, president of the Leesburg, Va.-based International Council of Air Shows. But since 2011, three wing walkers have died, including Wicker. It's so dangerous, any time the plain can fall and cause an insane disaster. Top #2 Big Wave Surf Big wave surfing is a discipline within surfing in which experienced surfers paddle into or are towed onto waves which are at least 20 feet (6.2 m) high, on surf boards known as "guns" or towboards. Sizes of the board needed to successfully surf these waves vary by the size of the wave as well as the technique the surfer uses to reach the wave. A larger, longer board allows a rider to paddle fast enough to catch the wave and has the advantage of being more stable, but it also limits maneuverability and surfing speed. I am going to be honest with you, I live in portugal, and as you might know, we have a place here called "Nazaré" where the waves are crazy, it seems really cool and if i learn how to surf I think i would try it, but it seems to damn dangerous! Imagine caughting a rock! Or a shark god damn! But it's a cool esport! You only live once right? Top #3 Base Jump Consists of jumping from a very high static point - buildings, antennas, bridges or mountains - using only a parachute. Why is it dangerous : The parachute usually opens - the problem is that the wind or a weak jump can leave the jumper base too close to where it jumped. “I mean, opening a parachute is kind of like driving a car down the freeway and throwing a tent out the window and hoping it’ll set itself up right every time.” You get one shot. If you mess up, or if the chute doesn’t deploy, or if you hit an unexpectedly strong gust of wind, or if your body positioning isn’t exactly quite right, you get hurt. Quite likely, you die. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you all for reading, feel free to leave suggestions by commenting and upvote if you liked!
