This hadith tells the story of a running race between the Prophet and his wife. The Companions used to be used to running a sprint race, and the Messenger of Allāh nya allowed it. Running is one of the easiest sports we can do because without having to use certain tools. Are there any of you who are used to jogging or running every day?

Rukanah, a famous wrestler in Makkah once invited the Prophet to wrestle,

"Verily the Messenger of Allah wrestled with the famous Rukanah of strength, then he said; Lamb against sheep. Then the Prophet wrestled and he said: Promise me to (do wrestling) again at a later time. Then the Messenger of Allah wrestled while saying: Promise me, then the Messenger of Allah wrestled for the third time. Then the person asks; what should i say to my family? The Messenger of Allah replied: Say "the sheep have been eaten by wolves, and a sheep fled." Then what did I say for the third? The Messenger of Allah said: "You must learn archery, because archery is the best of your game." (HR Bazzar and Thabrani).
