Venus Williams, expressed her strong commitment to participate in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

" Victory does not age in any form. Be addictive My goal is to enter another Olympics. This is not an opportunity just to be given. If I go to the Olympics in 2020, it will be another peak of my life.

By 2020, when the Tokyo Olympics will be held, Venus will be 40 years old in Korean age.

So far, Venus has displayed outstanding performance in the Olympics, which she played as a U.S. representative.

In the singles final at the 2000 Sydney Olympics, she beat Elena Dementieva to win her first Olympic gold medal, and also won two gold medals in doubles with her younger sister Serena.

She also tied Serena for gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and 2012 Olympics, and won silver medals in mixed doubles with Rajiv Ram at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

The Olympic tennis singles will be held in 64 drawer, and only the top 56 players in the world ranking who have applied for the double will advance to the finals. Six of the remaining eight will be selected through the qualification round and two will be selected by the third party Commission.
