Spanish tennis star Rafael Nadal has revealed the quality of his food before playing games.

Nadal had maintained his position at the top of the ATP world rankings in his published version before the hardball championships began.

"I'm not a person who likes to eat too much, I try to eat some fish and rice before playing, but after the games, it depends on the time factor," Nadal said in an interview. "When the game is tough I do not like to eat until at least two hours have passed. "He said.

"I'm looking forward to playing again in Canada, I'm happy to play in Toronto for the first time since 2010, Canada is, of course, a great country and I always want to participate in the championships there so I was happy to come back."

"I love what I do, I enjoy my life on a daily basis, and I always want to develop in order to feel privileged to do what I do," Nadal said of his personal life.
