While we are waiting revamp of an upgraded BetScorum platform, let’s not waste time and start explaining joys of sports. For example, one fantastic sport where you can get very heavy injury only if you inflict one on yourself: Volleyball!
Every Volleyball match starts with serving! No, really, it is a fact. Get over it, you can’t start it with a sliding tackle, or smashing your opponent’s nose. Not possible. Maybe one day, but today it starts with a serve, and you have basically three ways of serving:
1. Serving With a Basic Overhand Serve (so dull, so 20-Centuriesh)
2. Serving With a Top-Spin Jump Serve (a bit less dull)
3. Serving With a Jump Float Serve (the least dull)
All three ways are quite nicely explained here:
Now that you’ve learned a hard part — how it’s done — you have to go to the easier part, step two: Using your knowledge in practice! And that, practically means that you have to — you guessed it — practice! How much?
Well, you have to practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice…
…and when you think it’s enough, then you have to practice some more, and get back to even harder practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice…
…basically, until your mind blows, and until there is nothing more in your head except volleyball. When you get to this phase, then you have to return to the pitch and practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice…
There will usually be at least one slavedriving type very near the pitch (a man, a woman or a transgender) who will say when it is enough. I suggest you check, just in case, if that person is deaf and/or mute before start new set of practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice…
And one day (maybe), you will be able to serve like Champions do!
Oh, yeah, one more very important thing!
