What concerns us here is the physical beauty because the beauty of the face is a divine issue and a special blessing that Allah gives to those who are willing to worship it, such as the beauty of the voice which cannot be acquired and it is a special beauty that is added to the general one of human creation and honoring the rest of creatures.
As we can abuse and sabotage the physical beauty, we can also take care of and maintained it. Women who really want to succeed in getting fit must pay attention for what they eat, as far as the food can be the main cause of body agility, it can be also the main cause of weight gain and obesity. So, the treatment is to monitor food and calculate calories.
Calories :
If a woman eats two thousand calories a day and burned a thousand, at the end of the month she will add up thirty thousands of calories that turn into fats. Therefore, she must not be surprised when she will discover that she has an increase in weight.

Moreover, you should control lunch by including some vegetables, a slice of meat; chicken or fish and there is no objection to a small piece of delicious chocolate.
It is favored that dinner contains only some fruits or a cup of warm milk and a small piece of low-fat cheese to get rid of hunger’s feeling in the middle of the night which is one of the main reasons for weight gain.

This diet is carried out in some medical centers in order to reduce the weight of heart patients who will be subject to an operation close to the appointed time. This diet is very effective because it contains all food items, and the goal is to reduce between 4-7 kg per week for the preparations f patients for operations. Its method depends on multiplying the foods that burn calories especially the soup that consists of :
Six large grains of green onions ;
Six garlic beans ;
Two green peppers ;
One can or two of tomato juice ;
A pack of American celery; a plant resembling parsley it has a green leaf from the top and from the bottom, it has green stalks resembling green onions ;
You can add MAGGI cube to the chopped vegetables, pepper, curry and hot sauce and then leave the mixture to boil for 45 minutes and then put it in the refrigerator.
Tips to lose weight :
Avoid drinking soft drinks ;
It is recommended to drink water because of its effect on the sense of satiety ;
You can continue your diet but adjust the quantities, and refrain from eating three hours before sleep ;
Weight loss can be associated with a tight body if only if you practice sport; there are simple exercises that do not require much time, such as warm-up and aerobic exercise which can be done at home from a quarter to half an hour at least three times a week ;
Walking is a sufficient and distinct sport to get rid of weight and stress that increases body fat storage.
