However, France would have to level up their game if they want to make it to the final.France almost crashed out of the group stage if only Hagi hadn't missed that opportunity at the end of the match. They finally managed to qualify for the semis as best second team with 7 points: 3 goals for and just one goal conceded.Spain came out on top of group A with a superior goal difference ahead of Italy and Poland all three with 6 points. LINEUPS France: 4-3-3 Back from an ankle injury, Moussa Dembélé might return to the starting line up. He would be the main man of the attacking trio along with Ikoné and Reine-Adelaïde. France's defensive quartet will remain the same: Sarr-Upamecano-Konaté-Dagba in front of Bernardoni (goalkeeper). Aouar as a playmaker, captain Tousart and Ntcham to complete the midfield. Obviously he will be the key player - able to score and make his teammates shine (2 goals and 2 assists) with Oyarzabal up front and Fornals and Olmo to support attack from the wings. Again, Spain will associate Roca and Fabián Ruiz as double pivot to provide defensive stability and to support attacking midfielders, thus allowing Fabián Ruiz to move forward.
