Okay, I am gonna start an Actfit "like" program on here if anyone is interested. A lot of us are in front of screens for probably too much time and am putting the call out for starting an "initiative" to get off our butts and do healthy things. It also could be a tag or category to help like minded people interact and also keep each other on track. Right now my work out equipment pretty much is gathering dog hair and besides hiking occasionally and daily dog walks/parks......I'm not doing focused exercise. I am not looking for a popularity thing, I just want a few people who may resonate with what I'm writing. I've had it with negativity and am the first one to blast toxicity out of my life and that includes me getting pings at 3 or 4 a.m. about whatever crypto is doing what ...half way around the world.
Between everything being juggled I won't have the time to do some type of graphics/chart for awhile so if anyone is good at that or wants to help or chip in it would be appreciated. Please let me know if you'd be down for this, can do a Discord for it and other things as well. Take it easy Scorumites
