Well, weren't Spurs a letdown yesterday? Hopefully some ladies tennis action can get the results back on track today. Ladies tennis is always unpredictable and defies logic so do take caution if you're tailing and bet less than what you'd normally bet.

Today's match between Kvitova and Hsieh caught my eye. They're both top 30 players although if you were to watch Hsieh play, you'd probably think to yourself, "i can play better than this".

Hsieh's style of play is from a bygone era - completely lacks power and a lot of the times she frustrates the opponent into making a mistake. You'd think that doesn't work at the professional level, but it does.

Kvitova on the other hand has the power and accuracy to make Hsieh look foolish out there like she did against Andreescu. She's also a top 10 player and so unless she's having a terrible off day, Hsieh shouldn't pose too much trouble.

In their past two meetings, Kvitova won both comfortably. The first sets were pretty close and then Hsieh either got bagelled or almost bagelled (6-0 / 6-1).

The odds on a Kvitova win are only ~1.3. I'm going to take -3.5 games at 1.659 for a little bit extra. I see this being a straight sets win unless Kvitova has a really down day.
