Welcome to the main event of the evening 10 Rounds of competitive predicting from two of Scorum's most famous tipsters.

In the Red corner weighing in at 180 Pounds, from the Balkans preferring the lower English Leagues to pound the bookies we have beat-the-bookies.

In the Blue corner weighing in at 185 Pounds, coming from somewhere in Eastern Europe, we have the comedian of Scorum, who would bet on anything if it was on the platform, our very own joker betman.

Round 1 Arsenal FC vs. Burnley FC

Both fighters come out into the middle and touch gloves, we are going to be in for a great fight tonight. A little slip from betman and a powerful jab connects from btb.

Arsenal 1 Burnley 0

More probing from btb, that jab really rocked betman he wasn't expecting that.

betman connects with his own shot to the body, that one really did hurt.

Arsenal 1 Burnley 1

The round is in the balance now with a right hook connecting by btb

Arsenal 2 Burnley 1

Next goal looks to settle this first round, betman is a little defensive at the moment and btb is looking to land the strike that wins the first round. Can the joker hold on here?

The answer to that is yes, defence holds.

FT Arsenal 2 Burnley 1 First round goes to betman

Round 2 Everton vs Watford

Betman on top but good work from btb who works inside and lands with a one two combination.

Everton 1 Watford 0

Looks like the pressure is easing up now and betman is going to survive the round.

FT Everton 1 Watford 0

btb had Everton -1 and betman Watford +1 so a draw

Score card reads betman 1-0

Round 3 Brighton vs West Ham

This is a first, looks like betman has decided not to come out for the round, perhaps he needs to re-group for the rest of the fight. I guess the round is void unless Brighton win.

Well Brighton took the lead, VAR chalked it off, then West Ham went a goal up, it didn't last long though and the game finished a draw.

FT Brighton 1 West Ham 1

Void round

Round 4 Norwich City vs Newcastle United

Btb comes out swinging this round and Newcastle are completely trounced.

FT Norwich City 3 Newcastle 1

A round back for btb who was looking a bit weary at this point in the contest.

betman 1 btb 1

Round 5 Aston Villa vs AFC Bournemouth

The revival is short lived, betman well on top here, Bournemouth 2 up in no time and though Aston Villa pulled a goal back it wasn't enough for btb.

FT Aston Villa 1 Bournemouth 2

5th Round is a comfortable win for betman and at the half way point leads 2-1.

Round 6 Southampton FC vs Liverpool FC

Southampton played well here but btb must have felt he had this when Liverpool went two up. However a howler by the former West Ham keeper did for him and the result wasn't what he wanted.

FT Southampton 1 Liverpool 2

This bout is getting away from btb, the score card now 3-1 to betman.

Round 7 Manchester City vs Tottenham Hotspur

Man City purr and take the lead, btb really needs this result else its all over.

Man City 1 Spurs 0

Betman predicted problems for Man City and Spurs reset the goal count for btb.

Man City 1 Spurs 1

btb not giving up here and the round is once again in the balance.

Man City 2 Spurs 1

back comes betman, he's not letting this slip, btb must be thoroughly demoralised now, however if any team are capable of getting 2 goals in 30 odd minutes against Spurs it must be Man City, the question is can they and will they, btb needs a lot of help now.

Man City 2 Spurs 2

Can divine intervention help btb win the round and prolong the fight? Man City bring on Jesus.

10 Minutes to go and its not looking good for btb, it looks like this may end in a stoppage, two goals needed, its not over till the Fat Lady sings but she is gargling backstage in readiness.

Late drama Jesus scores, its in injury time but it provides a glimmer of hope for btb!

The scorer, it had to be, Jesus!

Wait, its going to be reviewed by VAR ...

It seems even Jesus can't beat VAR! goal ruled out and score remains 2-2.

Its all over!!

FT Man City 2 Spurs 2

The referee is stepping in to stop the fight, the score card reads 4-1 betman with just 3 rounds left, a bloodied and weary btb makes his way back to the corner whilst betman takes the limelight.

Well the BetScorum Champion tipster for today is betman, who will be his next challenger or will there be a mandatory rematch, we will just have to wait and see.

Late, Late drama

Seems the referee came it a bit early here and btb can draw the contest with 3 wins tomorrow, its a long shot though and I am calling it for betman anyway since he had the void round with West Ham so I'd give it to him on points.

Well if I don't do that then this post is a mess :)
