British boxer Amir Khan believes that his scheduled boxing match in September will allow him to fight Pinoy legend Sen. Manny Pacquiao.

Khan will go in his comeback fight in Birmingham on September 8 with the Canadian-Colombian pugilist Samuel Vargas.

According to Khan, he will do his best to fight Pacquiao.

"We've tried to get the Manny Pacquiao fight for many years. We are going to force it. Manny Pacquiao or Lucas Matthysse, I'm forcing a position to be a world champion again. Because none of these world champions want to give me a chance so it's like me forcing my way and becoming the mandatory, beating the guys on the way to those titles, " Khan said.

The fight between Khan and Vargas is the final eliminator for the WBA title belt which Pacquiao and Lucas Matthysse will be fighting on July 14 in Malaysia.

Khan and Pacquiao was scheduled to have a fight last April 2017, but they did not go through because of money problems.
