GENERAL SANTOS CITY - The fight between Sen. Manny Pacquiao and Lucas Matthysse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on July 15 was almost cancelled.

This is what the fighting senator admits in the exclusive interview of Bombo Radyo.

Pacquiao said that he undergone the ECG in GenSan and found an abnormality in his heart, more than a week before the fight.

As a result of the findings, on July 8, Sunday, he went to Metro Manila to have an angiogram procedure at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center.

According to Pacman, a pipe and camera was inserted from his hand into his heart.

It was all good and nothing was found on his heart.

He was also undergone a treadmill test and he was so thankful to God when the doctors declared that he is "healthy and fit" to fight.

After that, Pacquiao returned quickly to General Santos City for a trip in the afternoon (July 9) with the entourage of Team Pacquiao going to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Pacman also acknowledged that if there's any obstruction on his heart, they are ready to cancel the fight.

But because of all our prayers specially Mommy D's prayer, Pacquiao won the fight without any problem on his heart.

If there's something on it, I hope it will heal soon so that he can still fight and be a Champion.
