WBO middleweight world champion Demetrius Andrade will defend his title against Maciej Sulecki next Saturday, June 29 at the Dunkin Donuts Center in Rhode Island.

Demetrius Andrade has an excellent record (27-0 17 KO's) and will defend his title for the second time, although it will be the first time in his hometown after successfully overcoming Artur Akavov's challenge in New York in January.

For his part, Maciej Sulecki holds a record (28-1 11 KO's) after his exciting encounter with Gabriel Rosado in Philadelphia in March, successfully beating the home favourites for the WBO International title. Poland's Sulecki is currently third in the WBO ranking, fighting for a world title for the first time in his life.

Sulecki is undoubtedly one of the best in the division, as his only defeat is against Danny, in a fight in which Danny had many difficulties to win and has won this opportunity to fight for the world title.

Sulecki is at the most important moment of his career and I think he can win and will do his best.

However Demetrius is in the most golden position in history and Sulecki will give him the opportunity to look good; he needs a fighter who comes to fight and is good.

If Andrade succeeds in defeating Sulecki, he will keep the title. He would have the opportunity to fight for a millionaire deal.

My prediction

My prediction in this fight is that Demetrius will beat Suleki by knockout in the seventh round.

And what do you think of this exciting fight?
