2nd Qualifier Match of CPL will be held between Trinbago Knight Riders vs Barbados Tridents at Brian Lara Stadium, Tarouba, Trinidad. Trinbago Knight Riders and Barbados Tridents started as two best teams of CPL 2019.

After winning the first four matches TKR was struggling for a win and had lost their last four matches. After defeat in the last four matches, TKR returns with the support of Sunil Narine who was suffering from his finger injury and wasn’t fully recovered from his finger injury.

TKR was Chasing a below-par target of 126 in the Eliminator match and the team went in a difficult situation. At one point TKR team was struggling at 31-3. However, Though in the complicated situation, Lendl Simmons’ 47-ball 51 and Denesh Ramdin’s 38-ball 32 contributed to grab the success.
