In the upcoming home series against Zimbabwe and West Indies, the Tigers' Test and T-20 captain Shakib Al Hasan can not play due to the left finger infections due to injuries. In his absence, Mahmudullah Riyad will lead the team in white robes. However, not only for this series, as long as Shakib Al Hasan is not returning to the team, Mahmudullah will be replaced as captain of his team. BCB President Nazmul Hassan Papon told the media at Dhaka Club on Thursday night.Papon said, 'If we are the captain of any other, then Shakib has to be dropped if he returns to the team. It is a bad thing to change the captain repeatedly. So I think Riyad should continue his captaincy until Shakib becomes fit.
