India's wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant, who is on a Test-debut tour of England, is on target from Indian cricket fans.

In fact, in this tour the wicketkeeping of Pant is not good , and there is no breath in his batting too. The 20 years old wicketkeeper so far has scores of 24, 1, 0, 18 and 5 in five Test inning .

Obviously this is a difficult time for Rishbha Pant. But in this difficult period Pant got his side's support with Australian great Adam Gilchrist. Adam Gilchrist has made the statement that the out of form pant should be given more opportunities in Test cricket .

Former Australia wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist praised Rishabh Pant and said that he would have time to make an identity in international cricket.

Gilchrist said that " If you replace player too quickly, it leaves pshychological scare of getting dropped in player mind and that can reduce the effort of producing their best . So hopefully pant gets nice run with the Indian Test team"

Gilchrist also said that it is not easy to replace Dhoni in such a situation that Pant will have to work very hard.

In addition, Gilchrist advised Team India management that they would have to win the confidence of young players like Pant. Pant-like players will be able to showcase their best after getting long-term conviction.
