Sabal Nepal is the main organizer of the tournament. Rajbiraj Municipality will support in this tournament with the joint efforts of Saptari Cricket Association. The matches will be held after 2 days. All matches will be played in the ground of Pabi Mavi. There will be a total of 5 teams in the tournament.
Roshan Mandal, member of Saptari Cricket Association is selected as the director of the tournament. Dambar Narayan Das(Shambhu), Rahul Singh, Ravi Ray, Sanjay Singh Karki will help the director in this process.
There will be a women's tournament as well starting after 10 days. Surunga Municipality and Khadak Municipality will be the organizers of the women's tournament. The auction for women's team will be in Asar 5th.
In the men's cricket, the winning team will get a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs while runner up team will get 1 lakhs. In the women's cricket, the winning team will get the sum of rupees fifty one thousands while runner up team will get thirty one thousands only. Besides this, respective trophies are there for the winners and runner ups.
