On the sponsorship of Kohalpur Municipality and management of Mid-Western Cricket Club Second Deputy Mayor Inter School girls running shield cricket will be conducted in the Kohalpur Cricket Stadium. The Kohalpur Cricket Stadium has also been proposed to make the international standard in the near future. The tournament will be conducted from Asar 14th - Asar 21st.
There will be at least 6 teams in the tournament. The games will be played with the help of leather ball. If the number of teams registered will be grater than 8 then the tournament will be played on the basis of knock out. If there will be only 8 teams then the tournament will be played on the basis of League Cum Final. The games in the tournament will be played on the standards given by International Cricket council(ICC). The league matches including the knock out matches will be played of 15 overs per innings while the final of the tournament will be played of 20 overs. The games will be played on Nepal time 7-10 am and 3-6 pm.
If some team wants to register to play in this tournament, the team registration fee is only rupees one thousands only. There are still 2 days remaining to register your team for this tournament. The tie sheet for the tournament will be published in the following day after the team registration has been completed. It will be done in Kohalpur Cricket Ground. The first prize of the tournament is rupees twenty one thousands while the runner up team will receive the sum of rupees eleven thousand rupees only. Th player of th match, best batsman, best bowler and emerging player will receive separate prize from the organizers when the tournament is completed.
