Stadia is coming... not in winter but this November will be available for everyone... or almost.

I've already speak about it in this post, but nothing concrete had been said at the time, all the useful information was given on June 6th during the first Stadia Connect, here we are, I will summarize them for you what I think are the most interesting:

  • The basic subscription will be completely free, but will only arrive in 2020.
  • To get access right now you will have to subscribe Stadia Pro at 9.99$ per month, with access to games in 4K resolution at 60 fps, 5.1 surround sound, free regular games and discounts on the store. In addition to having to have a compatible device with the service, in the absence of which it will be necessary to buy Chromecast and Google controller ($69).
  • For $129 you can buy the Founder's Limited Edition, a package already available in pre-order, which will include an exclusive midnight blue pad, Chromecast Ultra 4K, the game Destiny 2 (including Shadowkeep), the nickname choice and Pro subscription of 3 months with Buddy Pass mode, that allows you to share the service and its bonuses with a friend.
  • Ultra HD will require a 30Mbps connection, Google recommends 35 for the maximum, but the differences are significant compared to the free account that will be at 1080p at 60fps, with stereo audio and without free games or discounts. In this case a 20Mbps connection it's ok, while 10Mbps is enough to play in 720p at 60fps.
  • The countries in which it will initially be available are: U.S., Canada, U.K., Belgium, France, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Ireland, and Denmark.
