Since 2012, League of Legends World Championship has been won by Koreans. On Saturday, 3rd of November, Invictus Gaming broke the trend as they beat Fnatic 3-0 to win the championship.

This win also made them the first Chinese champion ever. The game was quite interesting as they completely took the shine in all three games at the finals against Fnatic.

Funny enough, this is also the team's first win and first international appearance since 2014.

Ironically, Invictus Gaming were beaten by Fnatic in the group stage despite their full dominance.

KT Rolster were beaten by Invictus Gaming in the early stage.

Overall, the team did well as they strategically placed players to play the first two rounds before the team lrad played the finals.
