Tonight

The first ever BRO Bowl is tonight at 8 PM CDT. You can watch the action Live here as soon as it's underway. Or watch a rebroadcast of all games here.

The Packers (9-7)

Packers Owner @generausd was spotted arriving early for today's presser and according to social media reports was seen yelling outside of the Broncos arriving bus, presumably at the Owner. A Tweeter user reportedly overheard Generausd yelling, "Ready to lose?!".

The Packers got here by taking out the high flying Cardinals 23-17. Their defense remains one of the BROFL's best, so let's see how they can handle the high scoring, last second miracle Broncos!

The Broncos (10-5-1)

The Broncos come into tonight as the favorite since they have beaten some of the top teams week after week and usually in dramatic fashion. Otherwise they just flat out blow you out, like they almost did the Bills last night, hammering them 24-10.

The Broncos Owner @broncofan99 was asked by reporters prior to the game how many touchdowns he tough his QB Andrew Luck would throw tonight and he promptly replied, "4".

He was then asked if he felt he was ready for tonight's game after such a stressful playoff run, to which Coach Broncofan99 said ... "I was born ready!". Some Packers fans overheard and replied, "ready to lose!".

We'll find out tonight!

Good Luck!

Update

The Broncos have defeated the Packers in BRO Bowl 1 with a final score of 23-16!

The Packers were able to move the ball effectively the entire game amassing 490 yards in total offense, but 1 lone turnover and the inability to convert on 3rd down (3-13 for 23%) ended up spelling their demise.

Highlight - Highlight - Highlight

While the Broncos not only moved the ball with 435 total yards (116 on the ground) they also got a turnover on defense early in the 1st quarter to turn the momentum and converted 7-15 on their 3rd down chances for 46%, which was enough to get them the win.

Highlight - Highlight

The first half belonged entirely to the Broncos who took a 20-0 lead into the half, but the Packers made a valiant effort in the 2nd half scoring all 16 of their points. With time running out the Packers attempted to get the ball back with an onside kick, but the Broncos jumped on the ball to secure the victory.

Me and my helper running the league.

Great Season!

This was a lot of fun for me personally and I hope that we can do one again in the near future, perhaps with a mini-live-draft so that we can pick our top players. I've already discussed some options with others in our chat.

Doing that may require limiting the number of participants however, so only those who were active in this first season will be invited to play in the next one. Thank you for playing and a special thanks to those of you who joined in on chat and watched the livestreams!
