Dear all!

As you may (or may not) already know, I've taken on a fitness challenge about 2 weeks ago, which is to get a 6-pack and get shredded before this year ends. I want to be at my fittest ever level, and will do whatever it takes to get there. I've started to add daily weight and strength exercises to my regular BJJ routine in order to make it happen.

In order to meet my fitness goal, I've decided to reach out to personal trainer @plantstoplanks for advice. In this video, she gave me some exercises to strengthen my core and tips to get a six pack.

I will show a little bit of the routines she gave me, and I will incorporate her exercises daily in my fitness routine from now on. Some of the exercises I did include burpees, mountain climbers and planks, among others.

But a six-pack implies hard work and doesn't just involve exercising. It requires some sacrifices with regards to diet, and in my next videos, I will talk about what I eat and what I need to change in order to REALLY define my abs.

If you are looking for fitness advice, I highly recommend you to reach out to @plantstoplanks for recommendations. She's a personal trainer and also happens to be vegan, which means that she can tell you exactly where to get your protein from plats and stay in shape.
