In Sport life Many problems can be solve by nutrition!
You know im talking about a person used to train hard and doing hard sports now he can not do sports like past.
He can be Fit like his past, but he should be very precise on his nutrition.
He should eat more proteins and less fat and he should use carbo as he needs no more.
Sleep
Sleeping is a important part of sport life and its one of the top factors that helps you to be fit !
sleep well and enough and be fit, thats simple!
Eating Water and liquids
Eating Water and liquids Can balance your body and its necessary to be controlled.
Its part of our life with or without sports we should controll it and use it well!
With all these factors that i talked about it we can be fit like past ( as say again if u was fit now you do not doing sports )
