Yoga has tremendous benefits which uncountable. Yoga not only helps to keep our mind calm but also synchronise our mind soul and body. Doing yoga is so much important in our daily life. With the benefits that are far reaching, yoga essentially consists of stretching and breathing exercises. These exercises help release certain chemicals from your body, which in-turn reduces mental stress or mental tension, anxiety and boosts your overall immunity.

She is my yoga teacher and also my cousin who guides me. She is really very talented girl 👧 Coz, she can do so many things like yoga, mediation, bharatnayam dance, salsa, singing, art etc…

I missing her so much because we are not able to meet each other due to pandemic and lockdown. Hope we will meet soon sis!💙💚💛💕
