Kevin Debruyne is set to make a contract renewal with Manchester City that will make him stay till 2025.

Kevin Debruyne left Wolfsburg to join Man City in 2015 on a transfer fee of £55m, After the transfer he became the best player in the Premier League under Pep Guardiola.

Last season he scored 13 goals and 20 assists in the EPL alone and he won the winning the Player of the Year award by the English Professional Football Players Association.

The negotiations between the two sides seem to have been held since last October but it hasn't been approved. Currently Kevin Debruyne is earning £300,000 per week including bonuses but if he was offered a new contract his salary is expected to increase slightly.

Main reason for his stay is because of Guardiola's recent signing of a renewal until 2023 and he became convinced that his future is in Man City.
