The notion of sports seems so exciting and interesting to follow when it is noted in Europe, Asia and other Western countries. Perharps some interesting piece of sporting activities that usually takes place in the African continent.

Seems all blogs about sports relates to European sports like the European soccer leagues( EPL, La liga, Seria A and others), Basketball leagues and others to be mentioned. Though some focus is made on African sports especially Ghana but such Sporting activities or leagues in Africa(Ghana) needs to be given more light and attention.

Now let us be enlightened to know the truth and understanding of African sporting activities and also in Ghana especially. I will then focus on Ghana in the write up and later focus on Africa as a whole.

I know most of you are aware of the issues of pertaining to Ghana's sports activities. Most of my posts will include the truth about Ghanaian  sports, why is it so and what has not be done and what is done. Updates will be given on every sports that goes on here in Ghana. I am sure you will be thrilled to know more about our sports here.


Just as the European countries that do alot of sports like basketball, soccer, rugby, football, golf and others. We Ghanaian also do enagage ourselves in such activities but the difference here is that unlike the European sports that are given much attention, ours is given less attention. Aside these sports we do have our local games like oware, ludu, ampe and the others which needs to be sponsored and given much attention.

But not in Africa! Not in Ghana!!

There have been some NGOs putting things in place to ensure a good sports activity here.

I am sure you will be thrilled to here or know more about the local talents which needs to exhibited for the world to know. The world needs to recognise Ghanaian sports, leagues and talents. Maybe you will understand in the subsequent post or write ups that will be made by me. Analysis and detailed information will be made clear with intereating pictures to excite you as well and myself in action playing basketball
