Mario Balotelli's heyday is several years back. The Italian prodigy never really unleashed his enormous potential, which is partly due to his colorful and often controversial persona. The striker has been without a club since Brescia broke up with him this summer, but now it looks like "Balo" has found the perfect club for him.

Serie B team AC Monza, owned by at least as controversial Silvio Berlusconi, have picked up Balotelli on a deal that runs for the rest of the season. That according to the club on their official Twitter account on Monday.

In AC Monza, Balotelli will be a teammate with prominent players like Christian Gytkjær, and also Ghanaian player Kevin-Prince Boateng who had also recently been brought to the big-league Serie B club. AC Monza looks like the right club, to give Balotellis one last chance to exploit his qualities on the European football field.
