Chelsea getting the best out of The young Right Back Reece James since the beginning of the season, Reece James who was expected to be a perfect replacement for Chelsea Captain Cezar Azpilicueta has been performing more than expectation and also he has been adding to the current Chelsea attacking force. He was brought from the academy team when Chelsea was on transfer ban, but his confidence continue to grow in that position and there was no doubt he is handling the position so well.

Since the beginning of the season he has been having more playing time than Cezar Azpilicueta which means he is currently in charge and their might be a possibility that Cezar Azpilicueta will be leaving the team in some season because he is getting more older. Reece james on the right flank playing along side Hakim Ziyech has really had a lot improvements to the team.

Lampard really believed in james and he is always at his best form to deliver, personally my love for the player cannot be valued and I know the guy still have a lot to offer and deliver. I just hope he doesnt suffer from injury because injury is so bad for players.
