Manchester United are still not happy with the current state of the team and they think changing their manager is the solution to their problems, several attempts have been made to make him improve in his games but the team is still going in the wrong direction. Manchester United has previously been in talk with Antonio Conte and they couldn't agree but later, Conte was able to get an invite from Tottenham Hotspur which later make them seal the deal.

Recently Manchester United have think of Brendan Rodgers who is currently the Manager of Leicester City to take over Manchester United but there is an issue as all of the candidates which Manchester United think that they could take over from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer are not ready to take his place. Brendan Rodgers is doing good with his current team and he has no intention of leaving as his contract with Leicester City is set to expire in the summer of 2025.

Zinedine Zidane declined the job because he wouldn't want to manage a team half way which he is not too familiar with his player and even though he wanted to take the Manchester United Job he will start from pre-season to get to build his desired team.

Since no manager is set to take Manchester United now there is possibility Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will remain till the end of the season.
